Nice comfortable air-conditioned rooms at a convenient location. Neat & Hygienic rooms. Have food delivery to the room from nearby restaurant. Had a kettle & arrangement to make tea coffee in room. Overall good experience. Only suggestion is to keep some plates in room.

Worst behaving front office staff and billing person. Not providing bill to customers and making people to wait for hours long, and they will respond as their wish. worst third rate staff, fit for nothing. kick them off to road and appoint educated and well behaving staff. The Manager/MD/owner of this hotel, they should come down and realize or seek feed back from customers.

I have stayed there for 2 nights with family. It's very close to the LULU and they have good rooms in budget price. I have enjoyed the stay there . They don't have restaurants. But we can order from swiggy or zomato

One of the worst hotel in my current family tour to kerala. un professional behaviour of staff. Rooms not clean as required. Early morning I asked for hot water for bathing but until my check out staff did not provide it.

very specious and very clean room with all amenities like freez sofa and bathroom accessories, just like a suite room. only restaurants facilities not there u have to order food from out side... walking distance of 5 min for lullu Mall

We stayed there on a vacation trip to Kochi. The location is good. Their services are not very good. We had trouble getting hot water in the bathroom.

The rating on internet is so high. And the rooms are also located at a decent location. But the rooms were too dusty. It looks like they are not cleaning it properly.
